Ladies, fake nails on guys? HELP?

I lost a bet and have to go get all my nails done in red for a few days. Im supposed to make them longer too. I really have no idea of what to ask for and slightly embarassed walking into a place. how long do they make the nails?


how easy is it to get fake nails off and what is the best type between acrylic and gel? I have to go to a salon and get them done there unfortunatelyLadies, fake nails on guys? HELP?
lol aww that is soooo funny! dont get acrylic....i get them all the time n its sore if you try pick them off, gels come off much easier. and they can make them as long or short as you wnat huni x








Oh and also to bearsx i dont know where you are getting your nail done but a real manacurist would NEVER take a grinding drill to anyones natural nails!!! you should report her as it is highly dangerous! getting fake nails on should never be painfull, ive never experienced any pain getting them on or off, the only time i hurt myself was when i bit one of the nails off and riped my natural nail.Ladies, fake nails on guys? Ouch dude! That's awful. I've gotten my nails done just a handful of times over the past 10 years because it is so painful. The manicurist has to take a miniature grinder wheel and sand over your nail bed to create a rough surface for the acrylic/gel to stick to. And when you go to have them removed, DO NOT PULL/POP/PLUCK them off yourself! For a fee of usually about $10 they will let the ';fake'; nails set in some sort of acitone based soultion, and the nails will fall or come off on their own. Or with greater ease than tearing them off! Plus you do less damage that way, when you yank them off, you also yank off bits and strips of the nail, and usually they go across the nail creating deep, painful grooves in your nails.


All in all, you need to make sure you mouth can cash checks your a$$ is writing buddy! But don't feel to weird, in a world full of metrosexuals %26amp; Clay Aikens, who's gonna notice your nails! Best of luck!

Um tell them that you lost a bet and want red nails but, use the kind that comes off easily with nail polish remover. Remove it before Monday lol.
I personally don't like fake nails.


They can ruin your nails.


They can be as long or as short as you want.


Acrylic nails are very painful when popped off.

LOL. Acrylic's really hard to get rid of, my sister tells me. Get gel ones. Have fun! :P
